No, ADHI Schools does not register students for the state real estate exam. As a course provider, our role is to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to pass the exam.
Registration Responsibility:
Registering for the exam is the student's responsibility and is completed through the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) system.
eLicensing System:
The DRE offers an online system called "eLicensing" which allows you to apply for and schedule your real estate exam independently. You can access the eLicensing system on the DRE website.
In summary, while ADHI Schools provides comprehensive exam preparation, students are responsible for registering themselves for the state real estate exam through the DRE's eLicensing system.
We offer three distinct course packages designed to fit your learning style and budget:
In summary, we offer a range of options from the budget-conscious Essential package at $99 to the comprehensive Expert package at $499, ensuring there's a perfect fit for every aspiring real estate professional.
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $15.00 for all textbook shipments within the United States. This fee covers the cost of shipping your course materials directly to your doorstep.
Shipping Method and Delivery Time:
We primarily use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping our textbooks. USPS provides reliable and efficient service, and you can expect your package to arrive promptly once it has been shipped. Most shipments arrive within 1-5 business days once shipped.
Tracking Your Shipment:
For your convenience and peace of mind, we have a tracking number for every shipment. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package online and stay informed about its estimated delivery date.
In summary, for a flat fee of $15.00, you'll receive your course materials quickly and conveniently via USPS, with full tracking information.
Core Features (Included in All Packages):
At this time, we do not offer the option to purchase textbooks separately. Our textbooks are integrated into our comprehensive pre-license courses, which are designed to prepare you thoroughly for the state real estate examination.
Certificate of Completion Requirement:
To be eligible to sit for the state exam, you are required to have a certificate of completion for each of the required pre-license courses. These certificates are awarded upon successful completion of our courses, ensuring you've received the necessary instruction alongside the textbook material. Simply possessing the textbook will not fulfill this state requirement.
Alternative Options:
If you're interested in general real estate books for informational purposes, many public libraries offer a wide selection of real estate resources.
In summary, our textbooks are exclusively available as part of our complete pre-license courses, which are designed to provide the necessary education and credentials to qualify you for the state real estate exam.
No, there are no enrollment deadlines! One of the unique advantages of Adhi Schools is our flexible enrollment policy. You can enroll in our courses at any time and begin attending live classes any week.
Shipping Time for Textbooks:
Please keep in mind that while you can start classes immediately, it will take some time for your physical textbook to arrive due to shipping. For example, if you enroll on a Monday and wish to start a class on Tuesday, your textbook will likely not arrive in time for that first class. However, you are still welcome to attend the class and follow along. Shipping usually happens in about a week from the date that you enrolled.
Revolving Class Structure:
Our real estate classes are designed with a revolving structure. This means that the course content continuously cycles, eventually returning to the point where you initially started. For example, if you begin Real Estate Principles on Chapter 5, you will progress through to Chapter 15 (the end of the book) and then loop back to Chapter 1, ending at chapter 4, taking approximately 8 weeks to complete one full cycle.
No Sequential Requirement:
Furthermore, the course material does not need to be taken in any particular order. You can jump in at any point in the cycle without any disadvantage. This allows you to start your studies whenever it best suits your schedule.
In essence, Adhi Schools offers complete flexibility for enrollment and class start dates. You can join us at your convenience and begin your real estate education journey without delay!

For Pre-License Courses (Excluding CrashCourseOnline):
A student who enrolls in a pre-license course has seven (7) calendar days from the date of enrollment to request a refund. If a refund is requested within this seven-day period, the school will refund all monies received, with the exception of a $25.00 processing fee.
Required Textbook Return: The course textbooks must also be returned to the school in unused, like-new condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the student. If the textbooks show signs of wear and tear, highlighting, writing, or other damage, an additional $39.95 will be retained to cover the cost of each textbook.
Refund Method: All refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
No Refunds After Seven Days: No refunds will be issued after the seven (7) calendar day period has expired.
CrashCourseOnline:
No Refunds: Please note that all sales of the CrashCourseOnline product are final. No refunds will be issued for CrashCourseOnline under any circumstances.
Important Considerations:
There are two main guarantees often touted in real estate examination prep: passing the exam and overall satisfaction. Some schools offer continued prep with their company if you don't pass. However, it's easy to see that this isn't much of a guarantee. Both the pass and satisfaction guarantees are fundamentally flawed. If you're not satisfied with the class, the proposed solution is to continue working with the same company – the very company you weren't satisfied with.
The best approach is to request a guest pass to experience the classes firsthand and determine if they are a good fit for you.

While our courses require a minimum of 45 hours of study, the ideal amount of study time varies from person to person. Consider your learning style and how quickly you grasp new concepts. Some students may find 45 hours sufficient, while others might benefit from spending more time reviewing materials, practicing with quizzes, and exploring additional resources like our YouTube channel. We encourage you to dedicate as much time as you need to feel confident and fully prepared for your exams. Don't hesitate to reach out to our support team if you need guidance on optimizing your study schedule.

Adhi is a Sanskrit word that meaning “first”. The founders of the school always intended the school to be the first in a number of respects. First we wanted the school to be the first or number one school in California as judged by student satisfaction and passing ratio. We also want to be the first school that the real estate community when they want quality education and excellent customer service.
A California real estate license opens doors to a variety of career paths. While many licensees focus on residential sales, your license also empowers you to engage in commercial real estate, land sales, business opportunities, and even mortgage loan brokering. Furthermore, a broker's license allows you to explore specialized areas like mineral, oil, and gas brokerage, and property management.
Our California real estate courses are fully approved by the Department of Real Estate (DRE) and meet all requirements for both salesperson and broker license applications.
A real estate broker's license differs from a salesperson's license in two key ways. First, a salesperson must be employed by and supervised by a broker to perform any licensed real estate activities. A salesperson cannot legally operate without being affiliated with a broker. A broker, however, does not have this restriction and can operate independently.
Second, a broker can hold multiple licenses (e.g., one for a mortgage corporation and another for real estate sales), while a salesperson can only be associated with one broker at a time. Think of a salesperson's license like a television: it needs to be "plugged in" (associated) with a broker to work, and it can only be plugged into one outlet at a time.
