I took your crash course a couple of months ago. It was a great class, I appreciate your input on the test and the great study material. I recently just passed the sales exam in April.

I just wanted to tell you thank you I passed my test and I did so at an alarming rate of speed. I finished so quick I got nervous once I left the testing room because I thought there was no way I could of finished that fast and get it right. Sure enough I did.

Just wanted you to know I passed my state exam on March 9th. It went great.  I finished in 2 1/2 hours with no worries.

James and I took the Real Estate Exam for Salesperson last Friday and we are happy to report we passed. I have to say that you are in the category of one of the best overall teachers I have ever had. Your passion and repetitive system along with the visual drawings and analogies really helps to understand the subject matter at a level where a student can really absorb the information to the fullest extent. I must say your classes stimulated my mind. I would leave the class overwhelmed with information and it would take a few hours to sink in but with enough time and effort I was able to learn quickly.

Once again, I thank you so much again for helping me attain my license. Your passion and enthusiasm for real estate really made it a joy to learn from you! You are truly a MASTER of your craft and I honestly look up to you for advice.

I took the exam today in La Palma and PASSED!  I finished with about an hour to spare, and spent the whole 3 hours and 15 minutes, going back over about 90 of original my answers.  Once I’d done that I felt a lot more comfortable with my original answers, and only changed two of them.
 
You pretty much have to know what they’re talking about because they mix it up pretty good and obviously try to throw you off.

I ended up in a RE class because my dad somehow got this idea of how I should be in RE. He wanted me to be productive by going to class rather than staying at home, watching tv. I remember my dad telling me how the class is going to be fun and the teacher is really good.

And of course, my dad was right. First day of class was awesome! I actually wanted to sign up for classes. Kartik's teaching was totally different from other teachers. Usually, teachers are mumbling who knows what. Kartik's teaching is interactive and fun! I learned a lot and listened for the entire lecture. The best part about Kartik's teaching would be his use of stories and mnemonics. Because of stories and mnemonics, the RE materials stick in my memory a lot easier and longer. Crash course was definitely helpful for the state exam even though it was 9 hours long. But it was worthwhile. Every piece of knowledge that I accumulated from each class helped me toward passing the state exam.

Overall, my experience with the school has been amazing! I came into class with zero knowledge of RE, but I always leave class learning something new. Now that I got my license, I can't wait to start working!

I am so glad I joined ADHI. I am currently going thru the process of buying my first home and taking the RE classes side by side has really helped. All the teachers are really good and I leave each class with a lot of information and knowledge of the RE market.

I was really lucky to find out about ADHI Schools.  I had always considered RE but just kept putting it off.  I sat in on a class and I was sold.  Kartik's teaching techniques are the best and he makes even some of the driest material interesting.  I was really nervous about taking the state exam as it has been quite a few years since I have taken any tests but I could hear his calm voice going over the material as i sat there and yeah, I passed first time.

By far the BEST real estate school out there with fantastic instructors! There are many locations from the beach cities all the way to the Inland Empire. I was able to take classes at any of them, which helped with my unstable work schedule at the time. They are helpful in answering any questions about registering for the state exam, and I PASSED my exam on the FIRST try!!!

If I could give it 10 stars I would!  I LOVED going to this class.  I actually was simultaneously enrolled in another school as well, but decided to give ADHI a try because it was closer to home. ADHI was definitely the superior school.  Kartik was a great teacher, so thorough, knowledgeable and really entertaining!  He made my Tuesday nights fun... I would highly recommend ADHI Schools as the starting point for anyone who has ever thought of a career in real estate.   Yes, there are other schools available, but none offer the value for the money.  The classroom instruction, online resources and the books combine to systematically prepare you for the state exam and build your confidence.  The lead instructor, Kartik, knows the real estate industry as well as the State requirements.  But more importantly, he is is able to impart his knowledge in an interesting yet relevant manner.  Thanks to the varied schedules and locations for classes I was easily able to attend class around my available time.  Bottom line, my investment in training at ADHI Schools was worth every penny.  By the way, I passed the CA real estate broker exam with ease on the first try.

I really loved the entire experience with ADHI from the initial sign up phone call to the online database to the live crash courses.  Kartik and the team did an amazing job preparing me to pass the brokers exam on the first try and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to obtain a real estate license.

My experience with ADHI schools was remarkable. Kartik is very knowledgeable about all the material and the steps needed in order to pass your exam.  The live instruction was everything I imagined and the supplemental materials were the icing on the cake. The state exam was EASY after taking these courses. Kartik was able to make even the most dry content fun and interesting.
If you are serious about passing your real estate exam I highly recommend taking courses though ADHI schools.

Kartik is not just a nice guy, he is one of the best and most entertaining teachers I have ever had.  His understanding of the subject topic is second to none as he has been teaching this class for over 10 years!  

I originally started learning online but could not really get into it as the subject topic appeared so dry, however with Kartik in a classroom experience, it is fun, enjoyable and rewarding......JUST KEEP GOING TO CLASS!!!!

The crash course is a killer as it is Saturday & Sunday but SO necessary in giving you the information to pass your exam the first time so just stick with it!  If you are thinking about it then STOP and SIGN-UP, you won't regret it I promise you that!  You can have a new career within 9 weeks if you apply yourself and have the discipline to study and go to class.

I can't even settle my thoughts to get this review started. From the very first phone call I had with Adhi Schools my experience has been nothing less than superb.

I love going to the live lecture courses, Kartik explains the material in a way that you understand and enjoy what you are learning, the classes are scheduled in a way that you aren't daunted by the idea of covering three textbooks in a matter of weeks, and best of all you are being prepared to take and pass the CA DRE exam with ease and confidence.

I would recommend this school over and over again. I have tried the online, do it yourself, go at your own pace programs and Adhi Schools' approach is inexplicably more effective, efficient, and interactive. I hope to come back to Adhi Schools in the future to earn my broker's license!

I passed my exam a few weeks ago!  Kartik is great, I enjoyed the classes, and his teaching style really engages you and doesn't leave you sleeping in the back of class!  I'm glad I did this rather than online.  I am still asking Kartik questions, passing the exam is only the beginning, but I feel very prepared!

I took my exam last week in San Diego and PASSED! I just want to say that if you want to get your license on the first try this is the program you want. I wasted time and money on other programs, put the CD in and do it yourself programs and wish I would found ADHI and Kartik first. The live lecture classes, the one on one help if you need it, everything. Kartik your the best teacher I have ever had and thank you for helping to make sense of it all. ADHI all the way!

I had a fabulous experience working with ADHI Schools and passed my test on my first try!  The sample questions and practice tests they provided were spot on, and also taught me a lot of information that I didn't find in my regular coursework.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone studying for their real estate test!

Anyone who don't get the material after taking the live course should consider another career.  I tried an online course with another company, it really helped me sleep.  Kartik and JP really make the classes interactive, interesting, and fun.  I would recommend the school even if you don't want a career in real estate because at least once in your life, you will either buy or rent and you won't be taking advantage of if you know the ins and outs of real estate.

I just passed the California State Real Estate Exam! There were only about 5 questions out of 150 on the test that I was unsure of.

The classes are extremely helpful because Kartik truly enjoys teaching. He is very engaging because he is hilarious in a non-disruptive and intelligent way. For nearly every concept, he takes the time to find a real-life example or application for which the current topic can relate.

Kartik is very professional and really knows what he's talking about; you can tell from the very first class that you're going to learn a lot and be extremely well-prepared for what's to come in your real estate career.
