ADHI SCHOOLS’
TEXT MESSAGING
TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.Agreement Overview:

  • By enrolling in ADHI Schools’ text alerts, you agree to these terms and conditions, which become effective upon your enrollment or inquiry into our program.

2.Text Alerts:

  • You may receive SMS and MMS text alerts related to real estate classes, online coursework, and follow-up messages.
  • Alerts will be sent to the mobile number you provide, and may include personal information about your coursework.
  • The frequency of text alerts will vary, and ADHI Schools does not charge for the service, but carrier message and data rates may apply.
  • You are responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

3.Opt-Out:

  • You may opt out of receiving text alerts at any time by notifying ADHI Schools at info@adhischools.com or simply replying STOP to the SMS.

4.Program Availability:

  • Text alerts may not be available in all areas or through all wireless carriers.
  • ADHI Schools reserves the right to change or discontinue any text alert programs without prior notice or liability.

5.Limitation of Liability:

  • ADHI Schools and its affiliates are not liable for any losses or injuries resulting from the text alert service or from any technical issues.
  • The wireless carriers are also not liable for delayed or undelivered text alerts.

6.Privacy:

  • Information collected in connection with the text alerts is governed by ADHI Schools’ Privacy Policy.

7.Dispute Resolution (Arbitration Agreement):

  • All disputes, except for those qualifying for small claims court, will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
  • The arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis; class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.
  • Hearings will typically be conducted by teleconference or videoconference unless the arbitrator finds that in-person appearances are necessary.
  • The arbitrator will make final and binding decisions in accordance with this Agreement.

8.Severability:

  • If any part of the Dispute Resolution provision is found invalid or unenforceable (except for the waiver of class actions), the remaining parts will still apply.
  • If the waiver of class actions is deemed invalid, the entire Dispute Resolution provision becomes null and void, but the rest of the Agreement will remain effective.
